Myles McGregor Lowndes and the The Centre of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies (CPNS) is an excellent Australian resource.  Myles is the driving force behind CPNS.

CPNS conducts research, teaches students and provides an excellent list of useful links.

CNPS consists of academics and research students who have an interest in researching philanthropy and nonprofit organisations. CPNS is located within the School of Accountancy in the Faculty of Business at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. While CPNS is located in the Faculty of Business, it welcomes academics from all disciplines and areas of the University.

Apart from the research activities of its members, staff associated with CPNS also teach programs tailored for students interested in pursuing careers in the management of philanthropic and nonprofit organisations or in public administration associated with nonprofit organisations.
